A group of close friends could not imagine a better place to manifest their passion for good food and environmental sustainability than the new Riverside Food Lab. Frustrated with the challenge of limited dining options available in Riverside, opening Monty’s Good Burger just made sense. All of the ingredients are locally sourced when possible, thus supporting our local community of farmers. Using locally sourced ingredients and the plant based Impossible Burger patty, Monty’s menu is IMPOSSIBLE-ly good!
