Although Soho Ramen is the first Ramen Restaurant for Dwayne and his aunt, Erin Kanggara, they had the idea to open it a long time ago, as Ramen has always been a staple meal in their home. In order to craft the perfect Ramen noodle, Erin traveled all over the world, tasting and comparing Ramen noodles in Hong Kong, Vietnam, Japan, Korea, Singapore, Indonesia, and China. She still liked the original, traditional Japanese noodle the best - and so she brought her knowledge back to create a "secret recipe" for Ramen that is full of flavor and completely unique to Soho Ramen.
